蝮蛇毒联合加温对白血病细胞株的杀灭作用 被引量:2

摘要 应用细胞集落培养技术,定量观察浙江蝮蛇毒联合加温,对正常人骨髓细胞粒单集落形成和白血病细胞株HL60、K562、U937集落形成能力的影响。结果表明,单纯加温42℃45分钟与联合蝮蛇毒素0.001 mg/L加热42℃45分钟时,白血病细胞株集落的生存率HL60分别为18.7%与0;K562为30.7%与2.1%,两者差异比较P<0.001;U937为43.3%与37.8%P<0.05;在联合处理的条件下正常骨髓细胞集落生存率尚有50.9%。研究证实,浙江蝮蛇毒可明显地选择性增强加温对白血细胞株的杀灭作用。 The comined effect of Agkistrodon Halys pallas(AHP) and hyperthermia on the grwth of normal granulocytc macrophage progenitor cells(CFU-GM). leukemic cell lines HL60, K562 and U937 were studied by methods of colong forming unit assay in vitro. The results showed that while cells were treated with heat alone were compared with those treated by heat comtined AHP the survival rates of the colong forming unit of lcukmic cell lines HL60, K562 and U937. Were 18.7% to 0 (P<0.001); 30.7% to 2.1% (P<0.001) and 43.3% to 37.8% (P<0.05); respectively. Howere the survival ratc of CFU-GM treated with AHP combined hyperthermia still was over 50% These results showed that AHP enhanced the killing effect of hyperthcrmia on leukemia cells sclctivcely.
