摘要
为确定cAMP是否参与无菌性,炎症性发热机制,以白陶土诱发家兔胸膜炎性发热模型进行实验。实验结果表明:在白陶土胸膜炎性发热时,发热效应与脑背液中cAMP含量增多,呈明显的正相关关系。血浆cAMP在发热时含量明显增多,但在退热时未相应减少。由此可推论:在无菌性、炎症性发热机制中,中枢cAMP含量增多可能起重要作用。
The Kaolin was introduced to induce pleuritis fever of aseptic inflammatory model in rabbits. Cerebrospinal fluid and plasma samples in different fever stage were taken for determining cAMP level. The relationship between cAMP and fever was analyzed. The results showed that concentration of cAMP in csf was correlated apparently with the febrile response in Kaolin induced fever. The contents of cAMP in plasma was increased markedly in fever, but not decreased in fever recede. The data suggested that the rise of cAMP concentration in CNS may be an important factor in the mechanism of aseptic inflammator fever.
