人子宫内膜腺癌的紧密连接的初步观察 被引量:2

A PRELIMINARY OBSERVATION ON TIGHT JUNCTIONS IN HUMAN ENDOMETRIAL ADENOCARCINOMA

摘要 用冷冻断裂技术研究3例人子宫内膜腺癌的紧密连接,对比此连接与正常子宫内膜的紧密连接发现有下列形态特征:(1)组成同一紧密连接的条纹有局部减少及断裂现象。(2)远离腔面的紧密连接条纹常倾斜或垂直于腔面,条纹的游离端及末端袢较为常见。(3)在细胞侧面的中部常有紧密连接灶出现。上述的形态特征也可分别见于其它器官的肿瘤及增生或新生的细胞和胎盘合体细胞的游离面,因而认为人子宫腺癌紧密连接的形态是该癌细胞快速增生造成的。紧密连接灶则是紧密连接在相邻癌细胞新接触点重新形成后,原有紧密连接退化时的残余物。 Tight junctions in 3 cascs of human endometrial adenocarcinoma were studied by freeze—fracture technique. Wc found that these junctions, in comparision with those of normal human endomctrium, displaycd the following morphological characteristics: (1)the junctional strands shown focal attenuations and discontinuities, (2)abluminal strands of the junctions were often oblique or perpendicular to the lumen surface, fice ends and tenninal loops of junctional strands were repeatedly seen, (3) maculac occludentes were present in the middle of lateral plasma membrane. Since the aboved mentioned morphological characteristics were also seen in tumors of other organs and in the proliferative or regenerating cells, as well as in the free surface of placental syncytium, wc consider that the morphology of tight junctions in the human cndomctrial carcinoma might bc rcsulted from rapid proliferation of cancer cells, and macular occludcntes rnight be remnants of the previous tight junctions, which involute after tight junctions were de novo formed in the new contact places of the neighboring cancer cells.
