导管法在血栓摘除术中的应用(附38例报告)

THE USE OF FOGARTY BALLOON CATHETER IN THROMBECTOMY

对各种血管吻合术后继发血栓形成,采用Fogarty气囊导菅行血栓摘除术38例,总成功率76.3％,成功率与血栓形成的时间密切相关。并发症包括继发于腋动脉撕裂大出血1例,局部血肿2例。

Fogarty balloon catheter was used for thrombectomy, performed on 38 patients with thrombosis secondary to various kinds of vascular anastomosis. The total success rate was 76.3％, which was closely related to the time of thrombosis, especially effective for new thrombi. Complications found in one patient was massive hemonhage secondary to laceration of axillary artery., and in other two cases were local hematomas. This method was simple, easy to operate and very effective. It was worthy of recommending.
