摘要
采用反相离子对高效液相色谱法同时测定药物中的维生素B_1,B_2,B_6,B_(12),和PP;叶酸在相同条件下也能分离完全。所用的分离柱为μBondapak C_(18);流动相为乙腈,0.01 mol/L磷酸二氢钾和三乙胺(14∶85.5∶0.5(体积比)),内含5 mmol/L十二烷基磺酸钠离子对试剂(简称PIC B_(12))和1.5%氯化钾并以磷酸调pH至2.78~2.82;组分以UV 254 nm检测。回收率为91%~104%,变异系数为1.0%~4.6%。
An ion pair RP-HPLC method for simultancous determination of vitamin B_1, B_2, B_6, B_(12), nicotianmide and nicotinic acid medicines was developed. The vitamins were separated on u-Bondapak C_(18), using acetontrilc-0.01 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate-tricthylamine(14: 85.5: 0.5(v: v: v)) as mobile phase, which containel 5 mmol/L sodium laurysulfonate ion pair rcagents and 1.5% potassium chloride, (adjusted to pH 2.78~2.82 with phosphoric acid). The cluate was measured at 254 nm. Folie acid was also separated under the same conditions. The recovery rates of 6 components were 91%~104%, the coefficients of variation were 1.0%~4.6%. These 6 vitamins were completely separated within 30 minutes.
