仲丁基膦酸单烷基酯对钪(Ⅲ)、钇(Ⅲ)和镧系离子(Ⅲ)的萃取机理研究

摘要 研究了仲丁基膦酸单正癸酯(HA)和仲丁基膦酸单正十二酯(HL)在盐酸介质中对sc(Ⅲ)、Y(Ⅲ)、Ln(Ⅲ)(镧系离子)的性能和机理。实验结果表明,这两种新萃取剂在盐酸介质中萃取稀土离子属于阳离子交换机理。萃取反应的平衡常数:萃取刺是HL时,Sc为6.79±0.04,Y为3.08±0.05,Gd为-0.086±0.01;萃取剂是HA时,Sc为6.99±0.02,Y为3.20±0.04,Gd为0.045±0.02,还计算了热力学函数的数值,比较了两种仲丁基膦酸单炕基酯萃取稀土离子的性能通过饱和萃合物的ZR和NMR谱的研究,证实其萃取反应的机理为:Sc^(3+)+2(HR)_(2(0))≒ScR_3(HR)_((0))+3H^+;Gd^(3+)+2(HR)_(2(0))≒GdR_3(HR)_((0))+3H^+;Y^(3+)+3(HR)_(2(0))≒Y(HR_2)_(3(0))+3H^+;HR=HA、HL。 The behaviors and mechanisms of extraction of rare carth metals (Sc、Y、Ln)with S-butylphosphinie acid mono-n-deeyl caster and S-butylphosphinic acid mono-n-dodecyl ester from hydrochioric acid media were studied. The extraction reactions were: Sc^(3+)+2(HR)_(3(0))(?)ScR_3(HR)_((0))+3H^+; Y^(3+)+2(HR)_((2(0))(?)YR_3(HR)_((0))+3H^+; Gd^(3+)+3(HR)_(2(0))(?)Gd(HR_2)_(3(0))+3H^+, HR=HA, HL. The extraction equilibrium constants and the values of thermodynamic functions were calculated. The extraction behaviors and properties of two extractions were compared. The IR and NMR spectra of saturated complexes were stuided.
