绕线机电脑程控器研制

摘要 介绍单片机作为智能元件设计绕线机电脑程控器,实现了断电数据保护,不报废线圈,恢复供电可继续尚未完成的绕制之生产要求,以自动根据负栽、电网电压进行动态调整的方式,提高和保证了绕制精度,整数计数时达±1匝,小数计数时达±0.1匝,可顺序循环,也可选一组或任意次序工作,抗干扰能力强,功耗低.用CTC计数,可用于高速绕制场合。 A computer intelligent controller for winding machine is discussed. It satisfies the need of manufacture which requests that whenever power is cut, all the middle operating information be memerized and that the unfinished winding be continued when power comes back. So, the abandonce of coils because of power-cut is fully avoided. In an automatic and dynamic way of adjustment in line with the load of winding and the voltage of power, the precision is raised to±1 turn and ±0.1 turn, respectively, to integer and decimal counting.
