摘要
用柱层析、真空柱层析、制备薄板层析等方法从中药丹参中分离出9种成分并用光谱法确定了它们的化学结构,其中一种成分是未见报道过的新化合物,命名为2,3-二氢化-4,4-二甲基-11,12-二羟基-13-异丙基菲酮。另外8种是前人已报道过的化合物,它们分别是丹参酮-Ⅰ、丹参酮-Ⅱ、隐丹参酮、异丹参酮-Ⅰ、异丹参酮-Ⅱ、异隐丹参酮、甲基丹参酮酯及氢化丹参酮等。
Nine constiuents have been isolated from the roots of Chinese medicinal plant (Danshen), Eight of them were named: Tanshinone-Ⅱ, Tanshinone-Ⅰ, ctyptotanshione, Isotanshinone-Ⅰ, Isotanshinone-Ⅱ, Isoeryptotanshinone, Methyltanshinonate, Hydroxytanshinone, Their structures were established by means of spectroscopy, only one of them was a new compound. It was named 1, 2-dihydro-4, 4-dimethyl-11, 12-dihydroxy- 13-isopropyl anthracone. These results clarified the chemical constituents of Danshen.
