PVT Optimum Holding Pressure Control for Injection Moulding

PVT最佳保压控制是目前精密注射成型的主要研究课题,其目的在于提高制品尺寸精度,降低重量波动。本文通过PVT状态图讨论了注射成型工艺过程,并在此分析基础上,阐述了PVT最佳保压控制的过程概念、基本原理及方法,最后还对工业化PVT——PmT方法进行了较详细地介绍。

PVT optimum holding pressure control is the main subject for precise injection molding at present, its aim is to increase the dimension accuracy and reduce the weight deviation of part. In this paper injection molding course is discussed through PVT state diagram of plastics. On the basis of upper analysis, the course concept, principle and method of PVT optimisation are reviewed. In the end, the industrial PVT control——PInT method is also introduced in detail.
