An overall computer-assisted analysis of the temperature control circuit for the precision reference voltage source LM199 has been made. The sensitivity and tolerance for the device have also been analyzed, and the circuit and device model parameters were optimized. The critical design parameters and difficulties in processing technologies as well as the readability are presented in the paper.
