摘要
在生产铸铁暖气片过程中存在着铸件质差废品率高,经济效益差的难题,分析主要原因是砂型表面硬度低。为此进行改革造型机压头形状和压下速度。实验结果是提高压头压下速度有提高砂型表面硬度的好结果,进而提高了铸件质量。得出的结轮是提高压头压下速度能提高砂型表面硬度。
In the production process of cast iron radiators there are a lot of defective castings and low econonic benefit. The main reason is the low hardness of mould surface. After our experiment with reforming the skape of press-head of moulding machine and increasing the velocity of prossing we got higher hardness of mould surface. Thus we got a conclusion that increasing the velocity of pressing can increasing the hardness of sand mould surface.
