摘要
应用光学显微镜对女贞的大孢子发生和雌配子体形成进行了研究,对承珠盘的结构和功能、胚囊的营养等进行了讨论.胚珠悬垂倒生,单珠被,薄珠心,有珠被绒毡层及承珠盘分化.表皮下单孢原直接起大孢子母细胞的功能,线列上四分体,蓼形胚囊发育;成熟胚囊具七细胞,两极核在受精前融合.
The macrosporogenesis and the formation of female gametophyte in Ligustrum lucidum Ait. have been investigated with the optical microscope. The structure and function of hypostase and nutrient of embryo sac are discussed. The ovule is pendant and anatropous, uni-integument and tenuinucellate. The endothelium and hypostase are differentiated. The one hypodermal archesporial cell functions directly as a megaspore mother cell. The tetra is linear and the development of embryo sac conforms to Polygonum Type. The mature embryo sac contains seven cells and the two polar nuclei fused before fertilization.
