摘要
根据对试验质量评定模型含义的理解,指出了提高参试人员的素质是提高试验质量的根本条件,保证试验系统的正常运转是提高试验质量的物质基础。提出了应用综合评定法对系统效能进行评定。
Based on an understanding of test quality evaluation mcdel, it is of importance to train test person with akill and remainm normal operation of test system in order to improve test quality. The synthesis evaluation method is presented for estimationg the effectiveness of test system.
