摘要
采用优化设计和模糊数学两门数学理论,对水电站压力钢管明管构造了一个完整的,合理的设计数学模型——水电站压力钢管明管膜应力区模糊优化设计数学模型.比较完满地解决了水电站压力钢管设计中人为地把现实存在的模糊集合规定为有明确边界的普通集合所带来的矛盾。并对天湖水电站压力钢管进行优化设计,取得了既安全又经济的效果。
This paper applies two mathematical theories: optimization design and fuzzy mathematics, to exposed pipe of pressure steel pipe of hydropower station for forming a complete and rational design mathematics model—fuzzy optimization design mathematics model of the film stress area of exposed pipe of pressure steel pipe of hydropower station. This model has solved more completely the contradiction which has been brought about by the design of pressure steel pipe of hydropower station because people treated subjectively fuzzy sets which exist objectively as general sets with definite boundary. We have applied the model to the optimization design of the pressure steel pipe of the Tianhu hydropower station which has static head 1074 m. and have got both effects, secure and economical.
