摘要
从施工测量、镇墩浇筑、钢管组对和管口焊接4个方面,论述了天湖水电站千米水头压力钢管的施工安装情况,指出千米水头压力钢管的施工安装关键是保证管口焊接质量。最后介绍压力钢管整体水压试验结果。
From the four respects of construction, namely, surveying, anchorage block pouring, steel conduit pairing and pipe orifice welding, this paper firstly introduces the construction and installation of 1,000 m water head penstock of the Tianhu hydropower station. Next, it points out that the key is pipe orifice welding in construction and installation. Finally, it introduces the whole penstock's water pressure test result.
