天湖水电站高水头优势的实现

摘要 择要总结天湖水电站1986年5月至1990年12月各阶段设计中(不包括1993年的规划修订部分),关于工程总体布置和突破技术难题的途径这两方面的内容。本电站具有三大自然条件优势——总落差大、水量丰沛、地质条件好,其中落差大是主导性优势。这些物质基础优势应当充分发挥,以免浪费。本区域水力资源合理开发方案的取得,离不开对于总落差的正确划分。务使利用迳流量与电站水头两者之问得到最优的匹配,从而获得最多的设计年发电量,定出最优的电站设计水头。本电站工程建设中存在三大技术难题——压力井洞、压力钢管、水机设备,皆因超常高水头所引起。突破技术难题的途径主要是开展跨行业技术协作,实行“技术嫁接”。天湖水电站的实现,客观上是其高水头优势的实现。 This paper introduces briefly the project's general layout and the method of breaking the back of technique difficulties of the Tianhu hydropower station in every stage's design from May, 1986 to December, 1990, which doesn't include the revised part of 1993. The power station has three natural priorities—high water head, abundant water resources and good geology condition, among them, the first is the main one. We Should make good use of these substance priorities to avoid waste. Selection of water power resources development scheme in this region rely on the correct dividtion of total water head. We should select the best pairing between flow and water head to get the most quantity energy output annually, and select the reasonable design head. The project's building has three technique difficulties that caused by super—high head. pressure shaft, penstock and hydro machinery. The method of breaking the back of them is developing technique cooperation across profession and carrying out 'technique marriage'. Objectivly, the realization of the Tianhu hydropower station is the realization of its high—head priority.
