摘要
114例行为问题的儿童中,重复动作占52例,其包括抽搐症,多动—秽语综合征、性动作、咬衣物。本文着重讨论儿童抽搐和性动作2个问题。抽搐儿童共34名(抽搐症28名,多动秽语综合征6名),男孩明显多于女孩,早龄多发生在7～8岁的儿童。文章中提出临床上抽搐症和多动—秽语综合征难以区别的问题,同时也总结了诊治过程中的体会。性动作儿童共13名,女孩多于男孩,年龄多见于1～3岁的婴幼儿,治疗以转移注意。消除不良刺激为主。
There were 52 cases of repetitive behavior patterns whtich include tics. Tourette syn drome,masturbation,biting objects in 114 cases of behavioral problems. In this article, we focus our attention on the two main problems. tics and masturbation. There were 34 cases of spasm behavior (tics 28,Tourette syndrome 6). Boys were more than girls. The common age was 7-8 years old. the article we raise the problem that it is difficult to differentiate difference between tics and Tourette syndrome in the clinics. Also,the article summarises our experiences in the process of diag noses and treatment of these two diseases. There were 13 cases of masturbation. Girls are more than boys. The common age was 1-3 years old. The treatment is to divert children's attention or to re move harmful stimulations.
