摘要
应用贝莉婴儿发育量表(BSID)对上海地区947名2～30月龄儿进行发育测试,发现智能发育指数(MDI)和精神运动发育指数(PDI)的均值和标准差与理论值相差甚远,因此,我们认为,BSID不完全适用于上海地区儿童的发育评价。通过重新计算各项目的发育龄,对项目进行重编排,我们发现修订后的BSID,项目的折半信度、测试者间信度与再测信度均较高,应用修订后的量表,小儿的MDI和PDI的均教和标准差也接近理论值。提示:修订后的BSID对上海儿童有较高的准确性和可靠性。
In Shanghai,947 normal children were tested by using Bayley Scales of Infant Devel opment (BSID) in 2-30 months old. We found that the children's means and standard deviations
of Mental Development Index(MDI)and psychomotor Development Index(PDI) were far from the theoretical value. So BSID wasn't fit for Shanghai children's development assessment completely. Then,we computed development age for every item and arranged these items again. The split-half re liability coefficients of the revised BSID is high. Items had both high tester-observer and test-retest re liability. MDI and PDI were near theoretical value. These results suggested that the revised BSID have higher accuracy and reliability for Shanghai children.
