摘要
本文回顾了20多年来国外学者对儿童躯体症状与心理行为的关系研究。心理因素与儿童的躯体症状密切相关。它在再发性头痛和腹痛的起病、发展及转归方面均起重要作用。多数再发性头痛和腹痛病人都有不同程度的心理行为障碍。
This paper reviewed the researches on child somatic presentation win psychological and behavioral disorders. Child Psychological disoer relate to somatic presentation stronly,and play an important role in the origin, progress and prognosis of recurrent headache and abdominal pain. Most patients with this problem company with psychological and behavioral disorde.
