本文动态观察了产后6周内母乳中T_3、T_4含量的变化,结果表明:母初乳、过渡乳和成熟乳中T_3、T_4含量无显著差异,初乳中T_3含量约为母血清T_3含量的1/3,但两者之间无显著相关关系,早产儿和足月儿的母初乳中T_3含量亦无显著差异。说明母乳中含有一定量的T_3,母乳中T_3不是从母血简单扩散而来,可能是T_4在乳腺中脱碘产生。
The observation were made on thyroxine (T4), triiodothyronine (T3) concentrations in breast milk collected over the first 6-week pospartum period. The result showed that T3,T4 concentrations in breast milk did not change significantly during the first 6-week pospartum period. T3 concentration in colostrum between mothers of preterm and full-term infants was not discovered significant difference. T3concent in colostrum approximated one third of that in maternal serum but no correlaton was observed between T3 concentration in maternal serum and that in breast milk . It can be concluded that breast milk contains not a little T3. T3 in breast milk does not simply diffuse from maternal blood, may be deiodine by T4 in breast gland.
