摘要
新生儿细胞遗传学的研究已得到国内外学者的普遍重视,特别是新生儿染色体异常出现频率调查研究报告众多。为提高新生儿保健质量,本文进行了100例正常新生儿染色体相对长度和着丝粒指数的研究,并对其中50例男婴Y染色体测得相对长度X为2.26±0.42,Y_F指数x为0.99±0.22,以供参考。
Researchers have attached great importance to the study of newborn cytogenetics for enhancement of neonatal care. The paper reported results that chromosomes in 100 cases of normal newborn were measured on relative lengths and centremere indexes in 50 boys. The relative length of Y chromosome (x)was 2.26±0.42, YF index (x) was 0.99±0.22.
