本文报道一组经手术、病理证实的６例少见病、疑难病，即：原发性肺肉瘤、左膈良性囊性畸胎瘤、后腹膜恶性间皮瘤，胸椎脊索瘤，白血病合并硬膜外脂肪瘤、舌纤维瘤。如何正确诊断这类疾病对治疗及估计预后非常重要．本文讨论了每种疾病的概况，影像学表现及综合运用多种影像学检查，目的是为了提高诊断水平。

This article reports six rare and doubted cases proved by surgery and patholoSY'such as the primary pulmonary sarcoma,benisn cystic teratoma of the left diaphragm,maliSant mesothelioma of the retroperitoneum,chordoma of the thoracicspinal,leukemia with epidural lipoma and fibroma of the tongue.How to get the correct diaSnosisin such kind of diseases is very important for the treatment and prognosis.Discussing the compendium of each case,the imaging manifestation and the combination of use of the multiple imaging examination methods are the purpose to improve the diagnostic level.
