摘要
人白血病细胞产生的免疫抑制因子(TDSF)作用于人外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)6小时,即可抑制白细胞介素2(IL2)产生,与对照组相比P<0.0l。当TDSF存在时,经驯化的PBMC效应细胞对外源性IL2反应显著减弱,表明TDSF能抑制IL2的作用。PHA-P刺激PBMC增殖,但TDSF使其增殖抑制。表明:TDSF能抑制IL2产生及其作用;抗癌药对TDSF的分泌有部分阻抑作用。
Leukenia cell lines produces a tumor-derived immunosuppressive factor(TDSF)、which inhibited the proluction of IL2 after action on PBMC for 6 h The responseof PBMC treated with PHA-p to exogeneous IL2 was significantly decreased in the presenceof TDSF,suggesting that TDSF can inhibit the acion of IL2.The effect of PBMC afterbeing stimulated with PHA-P was significantly suppressed by TDSF in dose-dependent manner。These findings suggest that the inhibitory a dion of TDSF on T cell activation and proliferationassociated with IL2.The synthesis and secretion of TDSF in acute non-lymphocytic leuke miawere partially inhibited by anticancer drugs.
