BE病毒特异牛脾转移因子对鼻咽癌症者外周血T细胞亚群的影响

EFFECT 0F B0VINE SPLEEN TRANSFER FACTOR SPECIFIC TO EBVIRUS ON T CELLSUBSETS IN THE PERIPHERAL BLOOD OF PATIENTS SUFFERINC FR0M NAS0PHARYNGEAL CARCINOMA

应用ＥＢ病毒特异牛脾转移因子配合６０Ｃｏ放疗鼻咽癌，观察其对患者外周血Ｔ细胞亚群的影响。鼻咽癌患者外周血Ｔ细胞亚群的分布表现为ＣＤ４、ＣＤ８和ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比值均下降，除性别影响之外，与年龄分组及临床分期无关。经单纯放疗之后，其ＣＤ４明显上升；当同时使用ＥＢ病毒特异牛脾转移因子后，其ＣＤ４上升更为显著，ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比值恢复正常。可见，ＥＢ病毒特异牛脾转移因子配合６０Ｃｏ放疗鼻咽癌，能有效地提高患者的细胞免疫功能，具有一定的辅助治疗作用。

Injection of bovine spleen transfer factor specific to EB-Virus(BS EBV-TF)accompanied with 60 Co radiotherapy was used to treat patients suffered from NasopharyngealCarcinoma(NPC).The effect of BSEBV-TF on the T cell subsets in the peripheral blood ofNPC was investigated in this study.The evaluation of T cell subsets in the periperal bloodof NPC showed the decreases in the level of CD4/CD8, and there was no relationship withages and clinical stages of patients besides sex。The CD4 level increased significantly after60Co radiotherapy,but the CD4 level increased more apparently,and the ratio of CD4 /CD8recovered to normal after injection of BSEBV -TF accompanied with 60 Coradiotherapy.It issuggested that the therapy of NPC with BSEBV-TF/60 Co can promote the cellular immunefunction of NPC effectively. BS EBV-TF play a certain role of supplementary therapy on NPC.
