接触金属汞的工人淋巴细胞微核率和姊妹染色单体互换率的观察

摘要 本文报道了60例密切接触金属汞的工人外周血淋巴细胞微核率(MN)和姊妹染色单体互换率(SCE)的观察分析。结果表明各工龄组姊妹染色单体互换率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),接触工龄l0年以上组微核率具有统计学意义。同时分析了尿汞与尿诱变作用的关系及吸烟对汞诱变作用的影响。 The frequencies of micronucleus(MN) and sister chromatid exchange(SCE) inperiphe.al blcod lymphocytes of 60 workers ciosely exposed to mercury were analysed.itwas shcwn that the sister chremosomal exchange frequencies in all working一year groupwere obvlosly higher than thowse of the centrol group (P]<0.05). Only in thegroup of the workers who had worked for more thanr 10 years,the frequencies of lymphocytemicronucleus was higher wilh statistical significance(p<0.01). The relationship betweenurine mercury and the mutagernic effeet of mercury was analysed. the influence of smokingon the mutagenic effect of mercury was also analysed.
