摘要
以小鼠精子形态试验研究了小清河水有机污染物对哺乳类生殖细胞的遗传毒性。结果表明上、下游水样均可导致小鼠精子畸形率的显著增高,说明其中含有可穿越血睾屏障作用于生殖细胞的诱变物质。干扰了正常的生精过程,有可能造成可传递的遗传损伤。
The cytogenetic toxicity on mammalian germ cells of organic extractivrs ofwater sarnples from
Jinan(upper),Guangrao(lower)and fountainhead tracts of RiverXiaoqing was investigated in
mouse sperm morphology test.Significant enhancement inpercentage of abnormally shaped
sperms was observed in both treatments of water samplesfrom the upper and the lower tract of
the river,as showed that there exist potentmutagenic substances in both tracts,which may pass
through the blood-testicle barrierand disturb the nor mal spermatogensis,with the possibility of
inducing transmissiblegenetic lesions。
