甘草抗氧灵的生殖毒性研究

STODY ON THE REPRODUCTIVE TOXICITY OF LICORICEROOT ANTIOXIDANT

本研究采用整体动物实验，选用不同的生殖毒性检测指标，对国内首次从植物中提取的天然抗氧化剂──甘草抗氧灵进行了生殖毒性研究。结果发现，甘草抗氧又对雌鼠生殖未产生不良好影响，对仔鼠无致畸作用，对雄鼠的生精过程，受精亦未产生不良影响。实验表明，该物质不具有生殖毒性。

This experiment adopts the entire animal experiment.By selecting the differentdetective method of reproductive toxicity,the authors have made a study of thereproductive toxicity of Licorice Root Antioxidant,a natural anti一oxidizer which isextracted from a plant for the first time in China,The results indicated that Licorice RootAntioxidant has neither harmful influence on the reproductive function of female rats,northe seminiferous process and fertilizable ability of male rats. The experiment demonstratedthat this substance has not reproductive toxicity。
