丹参和半枝莲对丝裂霉素C诱发小鼠MN和SCE的防护作用 被引量:4

摘要 本文以姊妹染色体交换(SCE)和微核(MN)为指标,评价了中药丹参和半枝莲对丝裂霉素C(MMc)诱发小鼠遗传物质损伤的影响,证实了两种中药本身并无诱变作用,提出了丹参,半枝莲具有抗MMC诱发遗传物质损伤的作用。 By using sister chromatid exchange(SCE)and mieronucleus(MN)as indexes,the protective effects of Salvia miltiorrhiza and Scutellaria on genetic damage induced by MMC was studied in Kunming mice strain.Results showed that the two Chinese medieines themselves can not induce genetic damages but can significantly decrease SCE and MN frequencies induced by MMC,respectively(P<0.01).The results indicated the Chinese medicines could be anti-mut-agenesis.
