摘要
本文报道了一种小鼠精细胞微核标本制备的简易方法，即将曲细精管剪碎，与适量的２．２％柠檬酸钠溶液混和后，直接取细胞悬液推片，甲醇固定后再用ｐＨ７．０的１／１５Ｍ磷酸缓冲液处理，Ｃｉｅｍｓａ染色。
A simple method for making preparation of samples to
detect micronucleus in male mouse reproductive cells was described.Seminiferous tabules
were taken from decoated testis and cut into fine pieces with ophthalmological scissors,mixed
with a couple of drops of 2.2%Sodium Citrate Solution on a slide. Making smear with the
aliquot.Fixed with methanol Stained with pH7.0 phosphate buffered Giemsa Dye
Solution.Obseved unde micoscope. Pictures from this preparation were shown.
