鼻咽癌病人血小板聚集功能的初探

PRELIMINARY STUDY OF PLATELET AGGREGATION IN PAT-IENTS WITH MASOPHARYNGEAL CARCINOMA

以ＡＤＰ为激聚剂，检测了２７３例鼻咽癌和１３２名正常人的血小板最大聚集率（ＭＡＲ）。结果显示：鼻咽癌组的ＭＡＲ比对照组增高有非常显著意义（Ｐ＜０．００１），其疗前，疗中、疗后复发和有远处转移者的ＭＡＲ均比对照组高（Ｐ＜０．００１），但放疗后病情稳定者的ＭＡＲ无明显变化。按临床分期，ＭＡＲ有随病情发展而逐渐增高的倾向，其中Ⅰ期与Ⅲ、Ⅳ期之间的差异有显著和非常显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１），提示鼻咽癌与血小板聚集有密切关系，讨论恶性肿瘤与血小板聚集的机制。

The ADP induced maximum platelet aggregation(MAR)in 273 patients with masopharyngeal carinoma(NPC) ang 132 healthy adult are estimated.The MAR of NPC was significantly higher(p< 0.001)than that of the control group.All MAR meas-ured during pre-treatinent,inter-treatment,recurrence of post-treatment and that withdistant metastasis was higher than that of control group,but the MAR of non-recurr-ence in post-treatinent did not show any differences significatly. A ccording to clinic st-age,the MAR enhanced gradually with disease develeping in NPC,among of them,thedifference between the MAR in stage Ⅰ and stage Ⅲ,Ⅳ was significant(p<0.05 and p<0.01)It is suggested that the relationship might exist closely between NPC and platelet agg-regntion. The mechanism responsible for the enhanced platelet aggregation in malignanttumor is discussed.
