头颈部横纹肌肉瘤的临床病理、免疫组化电镜观察（附33例报告）

CLINICOPATHOLOGICAL, IMMUNOHISTOCHEM ICAL AND ELECTRONMICROSCOPICAL STUDY OF RHABDOMUOSARCOMA IN THE HEAD AND NECK (REPORT OF 33 CASES

本文报道头颈部横纹肌肉瘤（ＲＭＳ）３３例，其中１６例作了免疫组化标记Ｖｉｍ、ｈＨＦ─３５、Ｄｅｓ和Ｍｂ染色，其阳性率分别为１００％、９３．８％、８７．５％及８１．３％，结果显示ＨＨＦ─３５．Ｄｅｓ对肌源性肿瘤是敏感的指标，尤其ＨＨＦ─３５更敏感，但对ＲＭＳ没有特异性。Ｍｂ较前两者虽敏感性差，但有特异性的诊断价值。

cases of rhabdomyosarcoma in the head and neck area were reported. They consisted about 22% of rhabdomyosarcomas of the whole body.Among them,16 cases were stained for vimentin,HHF-35,desmin and myoglobin. The positiv- vity were 100%,92.3%,87.5% and 81.3% respectively. The results showed that HHF- 35 and desmin were sensitive criteria for myogenic tumors. HHF-35 was more sensitive but less specifc Myog lobin ,was less sensitive but more specific,so it may have higher value for rhabdomyosarcoma diagnosis.
