摘要
本文测定了HePA与S180小鼠血清中γ-6T和α1—AT活性。γ-6T活性:正常鼠为19.33±4.87mIU/ml;移植第5及第10天S180的值分别为10.32±3.90,9.78±2.86mIU/ml;第5及第10天HepA的值分别为13.15±3.17,11.81±2.75mIU/ml,均比正常鼠显著降低(P<0.001)。α1—AT活性:正常鼠每分钟为1.927±0.185μmol/ml,移植第5及策10天S180的值每分钟分别为1.575±0.204μmol/ml,1.412±0.217μmol/ml;第5及第10天HepA的值每分钟分别为1.387±0.244,1.179±0.179μmol/ml,均比正常降低(P<0.001)。肿瘤病程与γ—GT,α1—AT活性呈负相关。
The changes of γ-GT and α1-AT activities in serum were examined during the different period of transplantation of hepatoma and S180 in mice.All serum activities of eitherα1-AT or γ-GT, in mice bearing hepatoma or S180 at 5 and 10 days decreased significantly(P<0.001).It suggested that the two enzymes level decrease gradually with the development of the transplanted tumor.
