肺癌间质内毛细血管内皮细胞Ⅷ因子相关抗原表达的免疫组化研究

THE IMMUNOHISTOCHEMICAL STUDY OF VON-WILLEBRAND FACTOR EXPRESSION OF CAPILLARY ENDOTHELIA IN LUNG CANCER STROMA

本文作者对２４例肺癌组织、癌旁肺组织及远离癌的正常肺组织内的毛细血管内皮细胞进行了Ⅷ因子相关抗原（ｖＷＦ：Ａｇ）的免疫组化研究。肺癌组织内、癌旁肺组织及远离癌的正常肺组织的内皮细胞ｖＷＦ：Ａｇ阳性率分别是９２．４％，１０Ｏ％和１０．７％。由于血中ｖＷＦ：Ａｇ主要由内皮细胞分泌产生，血中ｖＷＦ：Ａｇ浓度增加，可导致血凝固性增高和血栓形成。故我们认为肿瘤间质毛细血管内皮的ｖＷＦ：Ａｇ高阳性表达与肿瘤组织内循环障碍、血栓形成和肿瘤转移有密切联系。

The expression of von-Willebrand factor(vWF:Ag)of capillary endothelia in 24 cases of lung cancer lung tissue surrounding cancer and normal lung tissue remote from cancer was studied by using immunohistochemical method. The resul-ts showed that positive rate of vWF:Ag expression of capillary endothelium in lung cancer stroma,lung tissue surrounding cancer and normal lung tissue remote from can-cer was 92.6%,100%and l0.7%,respectively vWF:Ag in circnlation was produced and released by enldothelial cells in tumor interstitial tissue,so its concentration in blood was in- creased and it can induce high coagulability and thrombosis. It was suggested that high expression of endothelial cell vWF:Ag in tumor interstitial capillaries was related to the circulation disturbances,thrombosis and tumor metasitasis.
