参芪注射液对鼻咽癌病人放疗保护作用的临床研究

CLINICAL STUDY ON PROTECTIVE ACTION OF SHEN-QI INJECTION IN PATIENTS WITH NPC RECEIVING RADIOTHERAPY

５５例鼻咽癌患者放疗辅以参芪注射液治疗，并以单纯放疗４９例作为对照。观察参芪注射液对放疗患者免疫功能及白细胞的保护作用。结果表明，参芪注射液有减轻放射对白细胞的杀伤作用，并在一定程度上减轻放射对多种免疫功能的损伤，但对Ｔ细胞亚群及体液免疫指标ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ无显著影响。

In ofder to investigate whether Shen-Qi injection could protect theimmunologic function and white blood cell count (WBC)of the patients received radio-therapy, 55 patients with NPC treated with radiotherapy and Shen-Qi injection were com-pared with 49 patients treated radiotherapy alone. The results showed Shen-Qi injectioncould reduce the inhibition action of radiotherapy to WBC and the injury to immunologicfunctions (NK, IgM), but had no significant influence to T cell subtypes and some humo-ral immunologic indexes (IgG,IgA).
