文章总结了东鞍山烧结厂先后采用固体、气体、液体燃料进行点火的生产情况,分析了各种点火方式的优缺点。重油点火,设备和生产流程简单、操作安全、可调,烧结矿的产、质量明显提高。
Results from ignition operation practice with solid, gas and liquid fuels in Donganshan sinter plant are summarized. Through analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of these methods, the oil firing mode is recommended. It's ignition temperature is adjustable and the production and quality of sinter could improved obviously.
