介绍了2672烧结厂烧结机上采用的煤粉点火器系统。该系统包括:煤粉气力输送管道、喷吹系统、粉煤烧嘴点火器等。使用煤粉点火器后,产量提高、能耗降低,操作环境与产品质量和用焦炉煤气时基本相同。
A fine coal fired ignition system used in sinter plant No. 2672 is described. This system consists of fine coal pneumatic conveying system, fine coal. injector, ignitor with coal burners, etc. Using of this system has resulted in higher production and lower energy consumption than those for COG fired ignitor, and the working envirment conditions and sinter quality are unchanged.
