摘要
本文介绍了一种烧结杯点火器,它利用液化石油气作燃料,由19个烧嘴组成,具有体积小,升温、降温速度快,以及点火温度、供热强度、气体成份可随意调节等特点。可用于模拟烧结点火、保温过程和一些特殊的点火工艺过程。
A Liquified petroleum gas fired ignitor for sinter pot is presented. The features of the ignitor, fitted with 19 burners, are: smaller size, rapid temperature rising and dropping, and adjustability in temperature, heat imput and gas composition. This ignitor can be used for simulation of sinter ignition and after-heating, and some special ignition process.
