摘要
根据返矿中碳存在的不同形式推导并提出了计算返矿量、返矿化学成份及返矿参加配料计算等一系列公式。在此基础上进一步讨论了返矿参加配料计算后,对烧结矿质量的影响,解决了传统的配料计算达不到预期目的的问题。
Based on various forms of carbon in return fines, A series of equations for calculating the quantity and chemical composition of return fines, and for the sinter mixture calculation with the regard of addition of return fines are deduced. According to these equations, the effect of addition of return fines on the calculation and on the sinter quality is further discussed, and the production taget can be reached, that couldn't be reached by conventional calculation method.
