中碳微合金化正火用钢的开发与其显微组织和机械性能

摘要 对感应电炉冶炼的中碳微合金化钢试验,结果表明,正火后其强度、冲击韧性远远超过45调质钢;延伸率相当于45调质钢;在低温下也有较好的韧性,说明了中碳微合金化正火用钢能够代替45调质钢使用. Study on the medium-carbon low-alloying steel making in the eleetric-furnace. The results show that its strengtn index and impact duetility go far beyond the 45 quenched and tempered steel; Elongation is the same as the 45 quenchen and tempered steel ;It has the fairly good ductility; in low temperature. This shows the medium-carbon low-alloying normalized steel can take place to the 45 quenched and tempered steel.
