摘要
对由多级齿轮传动所组成的转炉倾动机构进行了优化设计与研究,以传动系统重量作为目标函数,选用了SUMT混合优化方法。实例计算结果表明优化效果显著。
The flexible dnving device has been applyed wildly to metalluryical factory or mine and other departments at present. This paper picks up the volume of a dnving system as objective function and adopts the method of suMT mixed optinization to sesign a tilting converter mechanism consisting of more grades gears. The results of a practical example have demonstrated that the effect is very distinctive. so this paper has a general practical meaning for engineering desiyn of flexible driving arrangment.
