摘要 砌于小烟道处硅砖提前出现粉末状损毁。经研究其原因是硅砖中方石英含量多,小烟道的工作温度正值硅砖中方石英多晶转变的温度范围,温度的频繁变化伴随着体积变化的频繁进行,最终导致硅砖的砖体结构的松散破坏。 Silica bricks in the small dust were damaged efflorescent early.The study shows that damage of the silica bricks is mainly due to the volume change caused by frequent temperature change.The reason is that the temperature of the small dust is in that of the polymorphic trans for mation of the silica bricks,which included a amount of cristobalite.It is found thatthe structure of the bricks was damaged.
