摘要
对单级针摆减速器点蚀故障信号进行了大量的实验研究,在针摆减速器壳体上运用加速度计及在输出轴处用涡流位移传感器测试了振动信号,并借助于幅域特征多数,考察了各种点蚀故障,通过微机分析,得出了一些结论。为针摆减速器的点蚀故障诊断提供了简单有效的方法。
Some conclusions based on a lot of experiments for the vibrational signals under condition of flaking failures of the pin cycloidal reducers are given.The vibrational signals.whick is detected with an accelerometer on the housing of reducer or with an eddy current transducer measuring displacement of output shaft,are analysed by characteristics of amplitude domain with the computer.These conclusions are not only useful but also convenient for diagnosis of flaking failures of the pin cycloidal reducers.
