摘要
本项目采用新的技术,对茚三酮显色试剂进行了研究,利用国内新引进的6300黄金系列氨基酸分析仪对不同存放时间内的节三酮显色剂对氨基酸含量的影响进行了实验研究。观察了第1天,第7天,第14天,第21天,第28天内进口茚三酮显色剂与自制茚三酮显色剂对氨基酸含量的影响。并对38种氨基酸与自制茚三酮试剂和进口茚三酮试剂反应后的实验结果进行了观察。实验结果表明,第1天至第28天内,自制茚三酮试剂的稳定性、灵敏度,重度性,分辨率等项指标均优于进口的茚三酮试剂,统计结果,说明用自制的茚三酮试剂取代进口的茚三酮试剂是可靠和可行的。
In the present studies,the imfluenc of amino acid contents by the ztocked self─made Nihydiner indicaten and the imparted reayents was investigated, and the respective reactions of 38 amino acids with self─made Nihydiner indicator and imported reagents were observed.The results using theimported amino acid analyser─Golden system 6300, shown that the self─made Nihydriner indicator,during the storage of 1 to 28 days、is more reliable, sensitive, precise and auarate thad the imported reagents.The statistical analysis detnonstrated that is practicable to zubstitute self─made Nihydriner imdicator for the imported reagents.
