摘要
以对硝基苯甲酸为原料，经氯化后，被β—氨基丙酸取代，得到对硝基苯甲酰—β—氨基丙酸，再经还原、重氮化后，与水杨酸偶合，合成了抗溃疡性结肠炎新药—５—〔［４［（β－羧乙基）甲酰氨］苯］偶氮基〕水杨酸（Ｂａｌｓａｌａｚｉｄｅ），并做了红外光谱鉴定。
