摘要
本文用日立８３５—５０型氨基酸自动测定仪进行去油后不同地区红花种子粉末氨基酸的测定，实验结果表明，红花种子含１６—１９种氨基酸，其中有７—８种人体必需氨基酸。
s:The determination of amino acids of Safflower seed meal was conducted by automatic amino acid analyzer 835 50.The seeds used in this test were collected in different regions,and defatted before analysis.The test proved that Safflower seeds contain 16-19 kinds of amino acids, among which 7-8 are essential amino acids.
