The sequential changes in plasma free amino acid concentration were analyzed in burned dogs with 20% TBSA. After burn injury ,Valine, leucine, isoleucine, cystine and phenylalanine were increased.The values of glycine, histidine, lysine, tryptopthan, thareonine, methionine and tyrosine fluctuated in the normal range. Glutamic acid,arginine, proline, alanine, serine and aspartic acid were decreased.
