摘要
猪毛酸解提取胱氨酸母液中，含有１７种游离氨基酸。采用酒精析出法，提取了氨基酸，同时采用质谱场解析法证实了还存在小分子肽类物质，它将可在日用化工工业中作为助剂应用。
Cystine was extracted from the pig hair in hydrochloric acid hydroysates.The rest solution contains 17 kinds of free amino acid.Compound amino acid was got by using precipitating method with alcohol.Furthurmore,di-peptide and tri-peptide in amino acidcompound were determinated with FD-MS.These peptides can he used as a supplementary reagent in general chemical industry.
