摘要
鞍钢烧结总厂使用低灰份太西洗煤代替离灰份阳泉原煤进行工业性烧结试验,结果表明:提高了烧结矿产、质量、降低了能耗,使每吨烧结矿盈利0.71元,同时对高炉冶炼也带来了好处。
An industrial test aimed at substituting washed low ash Taixi coal instead of high ash Yangquan raw coal in sinter production was conducted. AS a result, productivity and quality of sinter were improved, energy consumption lowered and a profit of 0.7(?)/t-s was made, in addition, some benefits could be also gained from BF operation.
