摘要
本文介绍武钢含铁原料添加哈默斯利粉矿烧结的试验室试验结果。试验表明:哈默斯利粉矿添加量可达25～70%。产、质量均令人满意:利用系数34～42t/m^2·d;ISO转鼓指数65～70%;低温还原粉化率低于35%;固体燃料消耗70kg/t烧结矿。
This paper presents the experimental results from the sintering test of sinter mix with the adding Hammersley ore fines, jointly conducted by Wuhan I & S Co. and Hammersley Iron Pty.. It is shown that satisfactory production and quality indices of sihter can be abtained with the addition rate of Hammersley ore fines varied from 25% to 70%: sinter productivity 34～42t/m^2·d, ISO strength up to 65～67%, RDI less than 35%, solid fuel consumption 70kg/t-S.
