摘要
回顾了前人在计算凝固时间时形状因素的处理,认为作为一个整体的补缩系统,形状因素的定量应简单、易用,为其优化设计建立量化基础;通过在仅变化形状因素的多组实验后得到如下结论:1.得到了几种简单几何体的相对形状修正系数.2.形状因素的定量化为铸钢件保温冒口优化设计和补缩系统辨识奠定良好的基础.
This paper has dated back to the histories of the shape effect hand -ing in computing solidifying time by somebody. Quantitation of shape effect must be simple and easy application basing on authors' feeding system view. Then it can be founded for the quantitation of optimal risering. Following conclusions can be come to through many experiments on condition of only varying shape effect.1. Relative correcting coefficient can be come out.2. The system identification and optimal risering for casting steels should be based on the quantitation of shape effect.
